Carolyn is owner and operator of Yoga Sequences “Cassie” is the alter ego of Carolyn, given to her by her husband for her passion and tenacity for life. Carolyn has practiced various styles of yoga for over 13 years, including, (but not limited to) hot vinyasa, hatha, slow burn, ashtanga and power yoga. Carolyn received her certification from Lifetime Fitness in 2012 and quickly established Yoga Sequences with Cassie.


Carolyn currently teaches at Grand Peninsula Community Center in Grand Prairie, Texas. She has several private lesson clients and substitutes at several fitness center locations within Tarrant County. Carolyn combines her Christianity and infectious love for healthy living into a peaceful experience for her students. Carolyn Davis, E-RYT YACEP

Alicia Harrison is a health and wellness enthusiast with a passion for yoga fitness. Her yoga journey began in 2009 in her living room watching short Vinyasa style videos. She later ventured to a local hot yoga studio and fell in love! Due to an injury in 2013, Alicia pursued yoga as rehabilitation and further connected with the yoga path. Her journey of healing through yoga fitness, nutrition & overall wellness inspired her to empower others in reaching their health goals, living healthy happy lives and growing their personal yoga practice.

In 2014, Alicia obtained her 200 hr Power Yoga Certificate and has experience in teaching Vinyasa style Hot Yoga, Group Fitness, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Athletes and Prenatal Yoga.
