Morning Yoga - will help jump start your day using various yoga style such as hatha flow which synchronizes movement and breathe to produce a flow of postures that transitions naturally that will increase your energy and build heat in the body.
Saturday 11:00AM - 12:30 PM
Core Power Yoga – sculpts and defines the core by incorporating hand weights and 3lb. padded and Pearl Hoops, Wedge and Square Blocks to warm-up the core. Set to energizing music core power yoga strengthens balances and exhilarates your mind and body. Core power yoga will have you moving, breathing and sweating no matter your age, flexibility or level.

NEW Yoga Flow for Beginners – this introduction series is designed to teach beginners the five fundamental principles of yoga; proper breathing, poses, relaxation, healthy eating habits and meditation.
